Section 144 curbs imposed, pillion riding banned

RAWALPINDI: City District Nazim Raja Javed Ikhlas on Tuesday enforced Section 144 with immediate effect and banned pillion riding in the district to avert terror attacks. According to the notification, disabled and elderly persons, children below 12, women, journalists and members of law enforcing agencies will be exempted. staff report
